Return Policy

All garments are made to order and crafted to the specifications of each client. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will remedy it at no charge.

Refund and Dispute Policy

We do not offer refunds on completed garments. A 50% deposit is collected at the time of order; the balance is due at final fitting. If a client cancels before production begins, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future order at our discretion. Disputes related to fit or quality will be addressed through alterations or remake, depending on the nature of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before fabric is cut. After that point, cancellations are not accepted and the full balance remains due.

Promotional Terms

Any promotions or discounts offered by Oakland Tailors are limited-time, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Oakland Tailors reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
